Quick Creamy Cashew Sauce

Today I am sharing with you a quick and easy recipe that I use frequently in my house. One day I wanted to make a Vegan Alfredo Sauce but did not have all the ingredients. That’s when I decided to make my version of a white creamy sauce and it has been a hit with my family.

Wow! I had no idea this sauce would be sooo incredibly delicious!!! Mmm, mmm, mmm ;-). I did a slight substitution, though. Instead of garlic powder I used an actual garlic clove. [Insert french expression for exquisite here] 😀 Thanks for sharing, Maria!

I’m glad you liked it! And yes, I usually use both garlic powder and garlic cloves but when in a hurry or lacking one of them, is good to know that it will taste good either way. 🙂
