Simple Sandwiches

Simple sandwiches make me happy. It is not hard to enjoy sandwiches when eating vegan. There are tons of meat substitutes if you choose to add them but not necessary. I love putting hummus in my sandwiches. Sometimes I feel like adding some vegan spread (like Vegenaise).

Sprouts, tomatoes, romain lettuce, tofurky, and Vegenaise.

When you put plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, peppers… you will not miss the meats. I think sandwiches is one of the easiest foods to help you when you want to stop eating meat.
