I love green smoothies! I actually like them better than just fruit smoothies. Well, I think a combination of both fruits and greens is perfect. When I shared with my friends that I was starting a 40 day challenge, they started asking me for smoothie recipes. I really don’t have a specific one because I just throw in whatever I have available in my kitchen. Most of the time I put some dates, romaine lettuce, spinach, and bananas mixed with water and ice cubes.

I hope this can help you create your own green smoothie. I am a believer of “trial and error”. Put more of this, less of that, some of this other thing… until you create something you love and that it’s good for you according to your necessities.
